Anti drone safety management of petroleum and petrochemical

Petroleum and petrochemical facilities are the first level key protection units of national security management and anti-terrorism prevention, and also the key units of national safety production management. Their responsibilities for UAV defense and low altitude safety prevention are heavier than Mount Tai.
According to the provisions of Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 of the industry standard "Requirements for Security and Anti terrorism Prevention in Petroleum and Petrochemical Systems" (No. GA 1551-2019) issued by the Ministry of Public Security on March 28, 2019, oil and gas field enterprises, oil refining and chemical enterprises, and product oil and natural gas sales enterprises need to be equipped with an anti UAV active defense system, and put forward clear technical requirements for the system:
● Signal transmission power shall be ≤ 10mW;
● The system shall be able to work continuously for 24 hours automatically without personnel on duty;
● The system shall obtain explosion-proof certificate approved by the state.


In order to actively respond to the requirements of the GA1551-2019 industry standard document issued by the Ministry of Public Security and implement the spirit of the document "Notice on Regulating the Defense of UAVs as Key Targets of Public Security and Anti terrorism Prevention" issued by Sinopec Group throughout the company, a petrochemical base in Guangxi has cooperated with our company to build a defense network for "low, slow and small" aircraft in the area where the base is located, so as to improve the low altitude safety management and control capability.
In view of the special UAV defense construction needs of petrochemical industry units, the "TDOA passive detection and positioning+navigation deception" system solution provided by our company  can achieve early warning and accurate positioning of the UAV target that is trying to invade; Only when the UAV is positioned to try to approach the protected area, the navigation decoy equipment will be turned on, and the target UAV will be forced to land or driven away. While protecting the petrochemical facilities from the UAV, the secondary interference that the reaction equipment may cause to the petrochemical implementation will be minimized.

Basis for construction of UAV defense system in petroleum and petrochemical industry
In March 2019, the public security industry standard of the People's Republic of China - Requirements for Security and Anti terrorism Prevention in Petrochemical Systems (GA1551) was issued, which explicitly stipulated that oil and gas field enterprises, oil refining and chemical enterprises, product oil and natural gas sales enterprises and other three types of petrochemical enterprises must build UAV defense systems.

Petroleum and petrochemical facilities are the key units for security and anti-terrorism prevention in China, and their security construction is of great significance. Among them, the low altitude security requirements for preventing the threat of black flying UAVs are constantly increasing.
