100W 300-2700MHZ Wideband GaN RF Power Amplifier Module RS485 Temperature Monitoring for Anti Drone System

Product Overview

The TTSK-TZ-KPG-100W is a fully integrated, metal-housed GaN power amplifier block designed for engineers building RF jammers, counter-UAS transmitters and high-power signal systems. It delivers a continuous 100 W output across an ultra-wide 300–2700 MHz band .
The module accepts a standard +5 dBm drive on its SMA input and amplifies it to 100 W on the N-type output. On-board sensing reports temperature, supply current, supply voltage and forward RF power over RS485, giving your control system full visibility and the ability to shut the PA down before damage in case of over-temperature or mismatch. Note: this is a power amplifier only — you must supply the external RF signal source (signal generator / VCO / DDS / SDR) that drives the SMA input.

Key Features

  • 100 W continuous output, 300–2700 MHz single-block coverage GaN technology — high efficiency (35% @100W), wide temperature tolerance (-10 to +55°C), high-voltage robustness, for reliable 24/7 field operation. 50 dB gain, low drive requirement — only +5 dBm standard input (max non-damaging input +10 dBm), easily driven by any signal source, VCO or SDR. RS485 health monitoring & protection — reads module temperature, supply current, voltage and forward RF power in real time for closed-loop protection. TTL link to your digital source — the TTL interface lets your controller set the external digital source's band and output power, so the PA and source can be co-ordinated from one command line. High linearity, low distortion, ≤5 dB gain flatness — clean broadband output across the whole band. Metal module, bottom-cooled — SMA input, N-type output, feedthrough capacitor power interface, screw-fixed mounting (M3), designed for forced-air or conductive heat-sink integration.

FAQ
Q1: What bands can this 100 W amplifier cover?
The module covers 300–2700 MHz .
Q2: Does the module generate the suppression signal itself, or do I need an external source?
This is a power amplifier only. You must connect your own RF signal source (signal generator, VCO/DDS, or SDR) to the SMA input at +5 dBm. The module then amplifies it to 100 W on the N-type output. The TTL port lets your controller set the external source's band and power alongside the PA.
Q3: How should I cool it?
It is a bottom-cooled metal module. You must attach a suitable heat sink to the bottom plate and provide either forced airflow or a conductive thermal interface to your chassis. Without adequate cooling, the protection circuit will reduce output or shut down.
Q4: What can I monitor and control over the RS485 / TTL interface?
RS485 gives you real-time reads of module temperature, supply current, supply voltage and forward RF output power. TTL lets your controller communicate with and set the external digital source's operating band and output power — so the source and PA work together as one system.
Q5: Can you customize the frequency band, connectors or power level?
Yes. The standard unit ships as 300–2700 MHz / 100 W with SMA-in / N-out. We offer custom connectors, alternative frequency ranges and different power levels for OEM programs — contact our sales team with your requirements.
